What are the OGIA/OSU Diagnostic Walkabouts in Greater Dayton and Cincinnati?
- Professional Training: The Walkabouts are for Green Industry professionals, from owners and managers to front-line employees.
- Comprehensive: Participants look at plants, plant pests, plant diseases, landscape designs, and other points of interest. Discussions focus on plant problem diagnostics, plant health management, plant selection, and sustainable landscape designs.
- Hands-On: The training is held outdoors; topics are viewed first-hand.
- Real-World: The Walkabouts reflect real-world landscape scouting; anything found on the Walkabouts is open for consideration!
- Professional Credits: The walkabouts will earn participants OCNT CEUs, ISA CEUs, and ODA pesticide applicator credits.
