It all happened at once this year. Forsythias,
Magnolias,
Dogwoods,
Serviceberry
are all blooming near the same time. In addition,Crabapples,
Quince,
Cherry,
Pieris,
Phlox,
Hyacinth,
and Tulips
are all in flower. Although invasive, even Flowering Pears are pretty as well.
PJM Rhododendrons are striking.
It was a wonderful spring for Magnolias with no hard frost through the flowering season.
As you admire the beauty of all in flower, make a note of what you would like to add or replace in your landscape.
